98% of 3nine customers would recommend our products to someone else!
In spring 2007 3nine issued a customer survey to study how customers perceive 3nine in terms of product quality, service, delivery, comparison to other technologies.
The survey was sent to all customers in Sweden within the metal working industry, who have invested in a 3nine oil mist separator. The survey was carried out to customers who have purchased between 2004 until now.
The survey showed that 3nine has very satisfied customers. 91% believes that our deliveries came in time and 98% would recommend us to someone else!
Also the study shows that customers that have tried other technologies for purifying oil mist, thinks our oil mist separator are far better when comparing performance, maintenance, rate of purification, cost and how easy the product was to install.
