Cleaning-in-Place is an automatic cleaning system that can easily be connected to 3nine oil-mist separators.
Cleaning-in-Place was developed for extreme applications in which high concentrations of solid particles are carried away by the oil mist, for example during grinding or when machining castings. Cleaning-in-Place, which is completely automatic, gives you guaranteed maintenance-free operation even under the most severe conditions.
Cleaning-in-Place is specially designed for easy installation. The system flushes and cleans the inside of the oil-mist separator with cutting fluid from the machine tool.
Flushing is done intermittently by an automatic valve controlled with a timer. There is no loss of cutting fluid with Cleaning-in-Place since the fluid is fed directly back to the machine tool.
Cleaning-in-Place works with emulsions and oils.
