Recycling close to the source
The high purification rate of our machines, and the fact that they can be installed close to the source of machining, prevents oil from leaking out into the environment. The oil that is separated is also reused and less oil is therefore consumed.
Less transportation
Since 3nine only use Hepa filters as an end filtration for very small particles, our customers will rarely need to change filters which will of course reduce the amount of filter transportations.
Minimal waste
Not only does less filter consumption reduce transportation, but it will also reduce the need of filter destruction. Used filters contain oil and are classified as hazardous waste. Our customers can therefore save money on filter destruction.
In technologies such as Electrostatic Filtration and Mechanical Filtration, there are unit parts that need to be washed in order to maintain separation efficiency. However, the water with which they are washed contains oil and is classified as waste water that needs to be taken cared of. This also costs time and money.
