Minimal maintenance
There are no filters inside the 3nine machine, hence no changing or cleaning is needed. Our customers can therefore save a lot of money by reducing their maintenance cost. On top of the machine, a Hepa filter is placed to collect the smallest particles, however, under normal working conditions it is rarely changed.
Minimal loss of cutting fluid
Since so much oil mist is separated, the loss of cutting fluid is very low. The separated oil is fed back to the machine tool and can be reused, allowing our customer to save money on cutting fluid.
The possibility to re-circulate air
The air that comes out of our machines is so clean that it can go back into the workshop. Since the recycled air is quite hot, it will heat up the workshop, allowing our customers to reduce heating cost.
Simple and cost effective installation
Our machines are easy to install. They can easily be placed directly on top of the machine tool and the installation will only take about two hours. Because of the clean exhaust air, piping is not necessary; which creates yet another saving potential for our customers.
