 Salvatore Grimaldi, Chairman of the Board, 3nine Salvatore Grimaldi, born in 1945, is the owner of the Grimaldi Industry Group. He has been self-employed since the 70s. Among the companies included in the Grimaldi Group are the bicycle group Cycleurope, with the bicycle brands Crescent , Monark and Bianchi; Monark Exercise; and other companies such as Karlsson Spools, Grimaldis Mekaniska Verkstad and Contento. The Grimaldi Industry Group owns 49.1% of 3nine and has a partnership in Pricer. The Grimaldi Industry Group has more than 1 800 employees and a turnover of 300 MEUR. Salvatore Grimaldi has, until recently, been chairman of the organization "Företagarna".

Martin Sandgren, deputy member of the board, 3nine
Martin Sandgren was born in 1974 and is one of 3nine’s founders. Martin has then been working within the Grimaldi Industry Group. He is now working with business development at Vittra AB.
Martin has a background in management consulting at McKinsey Co. and a business school graduate degree with a technical direction from his studies at Lunds University, Lunds Technical University and the National University of Singapore.

Rune Glavare, member of the board 3nine
Rune Glavare has more than 40 years of industrial experience and has in 1986-2000, driven up the revenue for the company Essex to 200 million EUR. Rune is today CEO and Group CEO at Partnertech, and has several board tasks.

Anders Ilstam, member of the board, 3nine
Born in 1941 and currently Chairman of the Board at Grimaldi Industry AB. Anders, an engineer, was previously vice president at Sandvik AB and CEO for Sandvik Mining & Construction AB, where he worked from 1993 to 2004. Prior to this, Anders came from the SKF Group, where he was CEO for SKF’s tool division from 1987 to 1992, which was later acquired by Sandvik. Anders has, among other things, board assignments within the Grimaldi Industry Group, Seco Tools, Beijer Electronics, Air Liquide AB and Cycleurope AB.

Jonas Nyman, member of the board, 3nine
Jonas has been with the SEB Group since 1989 and has held different positions within SEB. Before joining SEB Företagsinvest in 2000, Jonas worked as a Client Executive with overall responsibility for a group of small- and medium-sized companies. Prior to this, he worked as Sales & Marketing Manager of financial products.
Jonas received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Jönköping International Business School in 1998. He has also participated in The Wallenberg Institute, a management education arrangement with the Stockholm School of Economics.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of SBL Holding AB and he is also a board member for SBL Vaccin AB, 3nine AB, and 3nine GMBH. In addition, he is a deputy member on the board of Cobolt AB, KTH Seed Capital, Novator AB and Robolux AB.
