The 3nine oil mist eliminator Emma installed on a Mägerle MFP 100 grinding center.
The Mägerle MFP 100 is a flexible grinding center with high working speed, quick tool change and an expandable tool changer. The grinder from Mägerle is specially designed for those markets where multi-face machining of heavy and complex workpieces in just a single clamping operation is demanded.
The installation alternatives for the Emma oil mist eliminator are many, you can choose a pillar stand, a wall bracket or to install directly on top or on the side of the machine tool. All the mentioned alternatives will save valuable floor space. The optional (recommended) CIP system (Clean in Place) will efficiently and automatically clean the disc stack during operation.
