Simodec is an international frade fair and brings together manufacturers and suppliers from around the world. Created in 1954, Simodec has been the place to showcase the industry. It is held in the dynamic nature and high performance of the Rhône-Alpes region, France’s top mechanical region, in particular the “Technical Valley” in the Arve Valley between Chamonix and Geneva. This houses over 800 small and medium-sized industrial companies in mechanical and bar turning subcontracting. One of the biggest concentration of bar turning and machining companies in the world. Bringing together the profession’s main players, this event is the best place to meet new people and start industrial partnerships that cater to every market.
The Simodec is organised every two years and is well-known for the opportunities it creates: meeting and sharing with peers, doing business, discovering innovations and research in the industry.
